The good ,bad and the ugly!!

Today mark's one week to our check up at Mac,i look forward to these appointments because it gives me a sense of gratitude,a part of me wiich wants to slap a stupid doctor, yet hug another for being there.

I sigh when i enter the clinic,as i know the typical flounder they follow, befor questions are asked she is weighed, and then the usual sequence...she is under weight...no shit....ya don't say!

Mikiya is 24 months old.weigh's 22 lbs after losing a mild amount of weight after her anyeurism in october.

She gained that weight back after several months, and now gains upto 2lbs per year.

Hmmm wish that was my problem.

Now with her new problems,i have new questions and i have concerns, there are red flags that need to be taken care of ,so i'am going to demand that i be listened too and my wishes fullfilled.

I refuse to turn around and walk away with simple answers that get us no where.

I'm sick of hearing...she'll be fine and the best one yet...she'll out grow that...really?....when?

She need's to see a Rhuematist, she also needs to see a bone specialist,on top of that she needs to possably see a dietician as she now has an allergy to milk protein, she is not lactose intolerant, she just breaks out in hives and get all itchy from dairy products.

I have put her on lactose free milk but in only comes in 2%,whole milk is where she gets most of her fats and without it i'm sure she will start to lose weight again as she eats like a bird.

She's not big on bread, but she loves cheese, she loves chocolate and candy...thanks to my neighbour for that.

She loves pea's and will eat lettuce by itself, she loves chicken and is very minimal with beef.

She eats light, foods that don't last long in the belly which is a concern.
her legs are still bowed, her ankles exverted, and her knees still big.

Her chest still very petite and sunken in and her belly mildly bigger then her chest, she weighs any where from 3-6 months in tops and has to have 18 months pants because she is so tall, although i always have to take the waist in or roll them down.

It gets frusterating, even her feet are small she's a 5,she is technically 50% smaller then your average 2 year old.

When she stands beside another 2 year old,she is noticeably differen't,but i have loved differen't since before she was born.
