The things i seen today on our day trip,some made me wonder and others did not,most i would not even question,but i was glad that my children were present and were witnesses to the real world..the big city.
Sure we live in a big city but toronto is much larger and has much more to look at the niagara falls.
I was explaining squeegee kids to my children,then explaining why the clean car windows at stop lights and signs,they were dumbfounded.
Then of course you have the sign holders,vagrants of the streets that pour out for money and make their life look ohh so traumatizing,when in fact they are holding signs that read.....i need $10.00 for weed,had i not been in the car and walking down the street i probably would have just given the guy $10.00 for his honesty,my children of course thought that was comical.
But most importantly i did not run into one person with and attitude problem or above all arrogance.
So all in all our trip was tiring but entertaining,mikiya is just near impossable during a car ride,and i have come up with new questions about her behaviour at our next doctors appointment.
We know that she has what they call hypersensativity disorder,and the cause was the multitudes of medications that her tiny body has withstood,sure maybe even some of this is still withdrawel at 2.5 years.
With a proper diagnosis this may better be understood,not remedicated and passed off as just another condition,but something with a proper name and perhaps better treatment,do i believe that my child has hypersensativity dissorder?..yes i do but i also believe it stems farther then that,i believe she ADD or ADHD,whatever the diagnosis be i will accept and just continue on the way that we have,i believe in keeping her busy instead of turning her into the walking dead with medications.
Being that troy is at work all day long,he finally seen today just how wild she really is,she doesn't sit still,she tries to move about while buckled in her car seat and she tries to remove it,when she is loose and free,she runs,bounces and is just completely all over the place,feeding her is a huge problem,she is ful after two bites and i literally have to try and force feed her,i will put food in her mouth,or i will try and feed her food from my plate,she chews but still bounces and throws her head back and i know she is going to choke and i stop her but again it just continues.
